My sister went back to the Airforce Academy to begin her sophomore year. We had a lot of fun when she was home. I didn't get to go to the cabin with them like I wanted too. I was enrolled in continuing ed and then found out that the credits were not considered summer credit. So, I have since registered and attended another course. Anyway, I wasted two days I could have spent with her, oh well, I'm just glad she came home for a few weeks. She's awesome!

We have a family reunion at Redfish this weekend. I am excited to see all of my dad's side of the family. My Aunt Cindy will be there and I don't get to see her as much as I would like to now that she is married and living in Bear Lake...but she is happy and I am so glad. The kids start school next week....my Macy will be in kindergarten and Tate will be a big 4th grader. He's had a rough couple of nights. He just started tackle football. It has been an experience, let me tell ya! I said, "Tate, do you still love football?" He said, "yea" in a really quiet voice. I think he is getting a taste of what it is like being on the line, etc. He's been so used to flag football;0). I hope he has some fun with it rather than hurting from the big 5th grade tackles! He looks so darn cute in his uni;-).

Busy Summer!

We have had a crazy couple of weeks. We have attended a few Chukar games as you can see from the pictures. We love going out to the ballgame. We love the music, the hotdogs, icecream, the crack of the bat when it hits the ball and we are grateful for Melaleuca Field where it all happens! The warm summer nights makes it especially enjoyable. I have to keep my teaching certificate current so I have also been taking some summer classes for credit. I will attend Akela's trail, also, this week for my accredidation. My cheerleaders are officially getting ready for football so I have two 2 hour practices this week. We have a Mini Cheer camp planned for a fundraiser, along with some quilts and flip flops we made to raffle at football games. They are excited.

Aaron and I went to the Warbonnet Roundup last night. We had a great time just watching people! Restless Heart performed and our love songs made it a romantic night! You all know I love my hubby. I am cooking some corn on the cob, another great summer pasttime!.....eating fresh fruits and vegetables! We are just living it up on this relaxing Sunday evening!
